Looking good! The location of this property is superb and as Neal said, the land is amazing. It's difficult for people to understand that there are multi-million dollar homes in the vicinity that started out with homes like this one. The potential is endless!

It is centrally located and you can jump on one of numerous expressways and quickly get to any area in Dade county in minutes. As Ines stated, there are quite a few multi-million $$ homes in the neighborhood. This one's a keeper!
