I don't know the area so I don't know the pricing but it looks like a nice unit. But 175K for 750 sq ft? That is why people have to deal with a local Realtor with local knowledge. Good luck on this one!

Hi Gary!  Yes, the Hammocks is well known and has great amenities.  Similar units are going for $190K.  This one is priced to go!  Well below similar ones.

George - you are so funny!  ha ha ha  Ines does have a thing about that, doesn't she?  LOL

Lynda - the Hammocks is a well established and well-known area in Miami.  I had never stopped to think about the name and while I am sure it was named for the natural hammocks, I am thinking of a swinging hammock to sleep in on a lazy afternoon.  Yes!
