What a beautiful home in Pinecrest!  (we have a Pinecrest in the Brandon Area but the homes don't look anything like THIS)

*How is the rental market in Pinecrest, FL by the way?

Hi Susie!  Pinecrest is more of a sales area but rentals are doing great in all of Dade county.  Pinecrest is highly desired.  It has excellent schools and the homes range from $700K - over $3m.  Not too shabby =)
