Maggie, This looks like a fantastic deal. From when I lived in Homestead the only thing left was the airbase but I know after Hurricane Andrew it was destroyed and then the goverment shut it down.

Matthew, the Homestead AFB is alive and well!  I'm actually not too far from it right now.  Homestead changed dramatically after hurricane Andrew.

If I had 50 of these here, I could sell them tomorrow. And the next day,. and the day after that. It's interesting how we all pretty much have the same market condition, yet the differences in properties and values from one market to the next are, it seems, always rather mindblowing. It's all relative, of course, whether we have to resort to our red shoes or not.

Hello Friends.  Yes, this pricing is indicative of today's market.  A year ago you could not find comparable new construction at this price.  This one has lots of stuff going for it!  And what goes down must come up =)  I say buy now while prices and interest rates are still good.
