I snapped this picture of a brand new house in Homestead on one of my many rides through the areas that I specialize in.
They say a picture speaks a thousand words. What does this one tell you? This homeowner is no happy camper, that's for sure! He might have fared better if he had used a professional. A buyer pays nothing to use the services of a Realtor® in most cases. And the benefits are many.
So leave the plywood and spray paint for hurricane season. Contact a Realtor® and get the service you deserve.

Maggie, I have know homeowners that marched around a office, they were so unhappy with the Realtor.
Wow!
Missy - oh no! Like a picket line? I've never seen that but boy, it doesn't sound like fun.
Yep! Blame the builder just another indication of what`s gone wrong in Homestead and other area`s in Florida.
Are you hand painting signs now?? haha... that's one way to get past a resale office!
Neal - I thought so too. He put some work into this one. It's got some brackets, not just a sheet of plywood left to the mercy of the wind. He was determined!
Dianne - the nicest thing is that in almost all cases a buyer pays nothing to use a Realtor. I find a lot of buyers are totally unaware of this.
Caroline - amen to that! Mine is always within reach and extra batteries are always available =)
